Tairo Group Website Redesign

Client: Tairo Group
Scope: Website Redesign & UX Architecture
Role: UX/UI Designer

Project Overview

Information architecture, wireframes, UI design, interactive prototype, developer handoff

Tairo operated as three independent divisions, Tairo International, Somar, and Fantasy Fragrance, each with its own audience, offerings, and digital presence. This fragmented structure made it difficult for users to understand the company’s full scope and navigate between divisions seamlessly.

The challenge was to unify these entities under a single digital umbrella, Tairo Group,
while preserving the identity and clarity of each division. The redesigned website needed to establish a clear information architecture that communicated the group structure, supported diverse content types, and allowed users to quickly access each division’s offerings.

A unified digital experience was designed to consolidate all divisions under Tairo Group, creating a clear, scalable structure that improves navigation and user understanding.

Early wireframes focused on simplifying navigation, organizing content by division, and improving overall clarity of the user journey

The redesign unified Tairo Group’s digital presence under a scalable and cohesive structure, improving navigation clarity while supporting multiple divisions and content types within a single user experience.

  • Unified three company divisions into a cohesive digital experience under a single scalable structure.

  • Developed low and high-fidelity wireframes to refine navigation, content hierarchy, and user flow.

  • Created an interactive Figma prototype to validate the user experience before final implementation.
